Membership Terms

Effective from your confirmation date.

Membership & Eligibility

Casa Rasa membership is by application only. Acceptance is at Casa Rasa’s discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Billing & Renewal

Membership is billed quarterly, aligned to the calendar year (Q1: Jan–Mar, Q2: Apr–Jun, Q3: Jul–Sep, Q4: Oct–Dec). The standard membership rate is £199 per quarter. Founding members pay £149 per quarter, locked in for life in accordance with the Founding Member Rate below. There are no automatic charges. Before each new quarter, Casa Rasa will be in touch to confirm whether you’d like to continue — payment is taken only upon your confirmation. If you join mid-quarter, your first payment covers the remainder of that quarter at your applicable quarterly rate.

Founding Member Rate

Founding members lock in the £149/quarter rate permanently. This rate belongs to you for life — it applies whenever you are an active member, whether you’re renewing each quarter, returning after a pause, or rejoining after stepping away. It is not available once the founding cohort is full.

What’s Included Each Quarter

Each quarter includes two Casa Rasa table invitations, one guest pass, and one seasonal table invitation. Any benefits unused at the end of a quarter carry forward to the following quarter — including through a pause — but expire at the end of that next quarter.

The Casa Rasa Promise

Every seat at every Casa Rasa table is placed with intention. You will always know at least one person at any table you attend — this is a commitment, not a coincidence. As a founding member, you are part of the foundation of this network. Every future member enters through someone who knows you, or someone you know. Casa Rasa takes responsibility for ensuring that connection is always in place, at every table, for every member.

Guest Pass

The guest pass entitles a member to bring one guest to a table during the quarter. Guests may attend the seasonal gathering of the quarter in which they were invited. If a guest subsequently joins as a member, their membership and benefits begin at the start of the following quarter.

Not Renewing

You are never obligated to renew. Simply let us know you’d like to step away and no further payment will be taken. As a founding member, your rate is yours for life — if you return, you return on your founding rate.

Pausing

If you need to step back for a quarter, you may request a pause. A pause holds your place for one full quarter — no payment is taken and no new benefits accrue. Any unused benefits from your last paid quarter are preserved and available when you return, without any charge for the pause period. Simply let us know before the new quarter begins.

If, during your pause, you refer a friend who joins Casa Rasa and pays for their first quarter, we will grant you a complimentary seat at one table that same quarter — specifically at the table your referral attends. This ensures you are there for them at their first table, even if you are not paying that quarter.

Refunds

Quarterly fees already paid are non-refundable. If Casa Rasa ends a membership due to a breach of community conduct, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the quarter.

Conduct

Casa Rasa is a community built on trust and mutual respect. We reserve the right to end a membership at any time if a member’s conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values of the community.

Changes to These Terms

Casa Rasa may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email no less than 30 days before any changes take effect.
